This year I invited a few friends and neighbors over to pass out candy while I made pizzas. It was a blast. Many, many thanks to <a href=\"http:\/\/thepizzahacker.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PizzaHacker<\/a> for creating the PizzaForge oven and for working with me to build a prototype of a one-piece unit. Anyone that follows him and has experienced the pizza his creation produces knows that he&#8217;s designed something truly awesome.<\/p>\n<p>Also, thanks to Chris McMains for delivering a fresh batch of starter to use for the dough. I used the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.varasanos.com\/PizzaRecipe.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Varasanos<\/a> recipe (with a pinch of dry yeast) and everyone, including myself, was raving about the flavor.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the technical details on the video:<br \/>\nCamera: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Nikon-D7000-DX-Format-Digital-18-105mm\/dp\/B0042X9LCO\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1288787144&amp;sr=8-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nikon D80<\/a><br \/>\nLens: Nikon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Nikon-10-5mm-2-8G-Fisheye-Nikkor\/dp\/B000144I30\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1288786917&amp;sr=8-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">10.5mm f\/2.8<\/a><br \/>\nTripod: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Manfrotto-7301YB-BB-Tripod-3-Way-Black\/dp\/B001UO5V4U\/ref=sr_1_13?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1288786984&amp;sr=8-13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Manfrotto<\/a><br \/>\nImage capturing software: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sofortbildapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sortofbild<\/a><br \/>\nRuntime: 4 hours 15 minutes (stopped when the battery died)<br \/>\nAssembled with Quicktime Pro, edited on iMovie<br \/>\nColor correction in Photoshop (removed some of the overpowering orange coloring and lightened shadows)<br \/>\nMusic: &#8220;Ghosts N&#8217; Stuff&#8221; (Hard Intro Remix) by Deadmau5<\/p>\n<p>This might be the best thing I&#8217;ve ever made.\u00a0It also might be the weirdest thing I&#8217;ve made. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cKUEyV-DBEI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Watch in HD on Youtube.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Only got one photo of a pizza cooked that night, but it was a good one.
